ISSUE#7: Solo-cast
OH MY LORD IT FEELS GOOD TO DO THIS AGAIN
After almost 10 months of hiatus, we're back with a special annual one-shot of the podcast. No guest (for obvious reasons), just me, a microphone, a camera, and my own directionless rambling. I took the podcast to reflect on 2020, for everything that it has been. For a lot of people, the legacy of this year will be negative, and centred around the pandemic as being this all-encompassing villainous force that stops them from doing everything. It's hard not to fall into that same mindset, but really when I look back on it, a lot of major things happened for me, which is my focus going into 2021.
I talk accomplishments, setbacks, goals achieved, goals not achieved, pivoting amidst wild circumstances, but ultimately I think it's important most of all to view 2020 for the year that it HAS been, and not for the year that it COULD or SHOULD have been. Life happens, and we live within it.
